At alias.rip, we are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright-related notices and counter-notices.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on our website without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To ensure prompt processing, please include:

  • A detailed description of your copyrighted work
  • The specific URL where the infringing content can be found on alias.rip
  • Your complete contact information (email, phone, and mailing address)
  • A statement declaring your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send your notice to: [email protected]

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your submission must include:

  • Identification of the removed content and its former location
  • Your complete contact information (email, phone, and mailing address)
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your consent to federal court jurisdiction in your district (or if outside the U.S., consent to accept service of process from the original complainant)
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send your counter-notice to: [email protected]

Important Information

  • We can only process complete and accurate notices
  • Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant
  • The complainant has 10 business days to provide evidence of legal action, or the content may be restored
  • We maintain a repeat infringer policy that may result in account termination for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws
